Remote Interpreters / Translators

Box Truck Operators

(CDL or Non-CDL)

Owner-operators

Independent drivers leasing/renting a box truck

Teams with dispatcher-authorized trucks

• Valid driver’s license (CDL or Non-CDL accepted)

• 26ft box truck (owned, leased, or rented)

• Active MC and DOT number (or partner MC if applicable)

• Clean driving history and professional references

• Must be eligible to drive and operate legally within the U.S.

• Basic smartphone access for load notifications, GPS, and communication apps

• Must accept loads consistently and communicate availability

• Must respond to dispatcher and client communication in a timely and professional manner

• Access to factoring (or willingness to set up factoring service with our guidance)

Fluent in English and at least one additional language

Strong verbal communication and etiquette

Prior experience in medical, legal, or customer service

• Quiet, distraction-free workspace

• Reliable electricity and climate control

• Willingness to follow FoZula Health’s communication protocols and shift assignments

• Laptop or desktop (Mac or PC), minimum:

  • Intel i5 / Ryzen 5 or above

  • 8 GB RAM

  • Windows 10 / macOS 11+

• Noise-canceling headset with built-in mic

• HD webcam (for VRI or team calls)

• Minimum 20 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload

• Ethernet connection
